Kristian and Jenny would much rather be cutting it up with their friends than in front of a crowd. Their wedding day had a little of both thanks to a quick ceremony and a huge party bus to transfer their equally huge wedding party around the city. We had a great time giving Forest Park and the Landing an untraditional look. At one point while Aaron, Kristina and Jenny were in some huge weeds, a fellow photog stopped by and said “Well that’s different!” He didn’t know it, but that’s a compliment in our world!

Patrick and Jenniger live in and love Columbia, Mo. So it made a great backdrop for their e-session. We pounded the pavement stopping at interesting architectural spots along the way before heading to a nearby bike trail, where their fun, vintage style and Patrick’s love of all things biking really shined! Enjoy!

Chad and Diana are the type of couple who really throw themselves into anything they love – whether it’s donning Snuggies to watch the new hockey team in Indpendence or planing the details of their wedding. So it’s no surprise that there were touches of personality throughout their day, like the dress Diana purchased from Brides against cancer in honor of her aunt or the monogrammed charms on each bouquet. Photography was one thing Diana was very passionate about and with a little help from the engagement session, I think we made Chad a believer too! So they were up for anything when we hit the Rivermarket with their wedding party. Enjoy!

Behind the camera: Apparently Aaron was tired of being in ALL of these pictures. So here are a few of both of us and a new friend who really wanted a picture with me.

As always something fun and different always gets us excited. How about chain smoking cigars in a parking garage… that works. One of my favorite sets all year. Enjoy.

We had a great time tooling around Hillcrest Country Club at Chris and Kristen’s wedding. It was a fantastic laid back affair (note the bridemaids’ flip flops) that included a lot of personal touches. Enjoy!
